PLUS CITIES SUPPORT

PLUS CITIES is a joint support program that assists MICE groups traveling to both Seoul and its partner cities, fostering regional collaboration.
※ 11 PLUS CITIES partners: Gangwon, Gwangju, Gyeonggi, Gyeongnam, Gyeongbuk, Daejeon, Incheon, Jeonnam, Jeonbuk, Chungnam, Chungbuk

Eligible Groups

A group with more than 10~20 overseas visitors entered to participate for a MICE event
More than 2 nights in Seoul and 1 night in partner cities
※ Not Eligible for social clubs, fan clubs, religious organization and governmental organization, or student groups

Amount of Support

① Accommodation in Seoul & Gangwon, Gyeonggi, Incheon : Minimum of 20 participants
② Accommodation in Seoul & Gwangju, Gyeongnam, Gyeongbuk, Daejeon, Jeonnam, Jeonbuk, Chungnam, Chungbuk : Minimum of 10 participants
Seoul + Partner Cities
2-night stay or longer KRW 30,000 1-night stay or longer Support based on the partner city's program
2-night stay or longer
at a SMA-affiliated hotel		 KRW 40,000
  • For the partner cities support program, it should be inquired to the local government partner directly.

Comprehensive support for regional municipalities

KRW 1,000,000 additional support per group for visits to regional municipalities under the PLUS CITIES
※ Eligible Area : Gwangju, Gyeongnam, Gyeongbuk, Daejeon, Jeonnam, Chungnam, Chungbuk

Comprehensive support for World Island Exhibition Yeosu Korea

KRW 10,000 additional support per person for PLUS CITIES group visiting World Island Exhibition Yeosu Korea
